Blogging.......

Here is why I love this whole blog thing. I love the fact that you can go back and document all the big and little things that you appreciate in your life. I love that you can share with those that we can't be with everyday all the things that we are doing and how much we wish they could be with us to share in the day to day. I am so grateful to be able to spend time with all of our family since we have moved back to Missouri, and although some we can not see everyday I love that we are able to spend more quality time than we could before when we lived in Michigan . This love of family is quite evident in our children as they thrive on the love and affection of their enormous and growing family! So thank you all!

I was lucky enough to get picked to go on Mason's Field trip this past week to the St. Louis Symphony's production of Peter and the Wolf and a quick lunch at Queeny Park

Saturday was Erica's Baby shower for Baby Tyson due December 26th and her last visit to Missouri until after the baby is born.

In order to get as much time together as possible we spent the night at the Brueggemann farm, complete with Moonlight Hayride, see below. Grandma and Grandpa B took really good care of us and like it or not we will be back. Thank you for the fine hospitality.

All bundled up, the stars were amazing. After the ride we had time for a quick game of Sorry before the kids hit the hay(no pun intended) I loved getting to stay up late and chit chat with Martha and Erica, and I am feeling bummed that we can't just see her whenever we want.

We love our slippers!!!
