The City Museum

A week ago Saturday, Mike, Scott and I took the kids to The City Museum.
We went the first time about 2 or 3 years ago and I remembered it was a place you definitely need back up to watch the kids because they can crawl thru a hole in the wall and you have no idea where they will come out, or they slide down a slide that is from the 4th floor down to the entrance.
So they wanted to go again this year and since I had two agile Rega men to chase after them...
off we went. This place is nuts, if you haven't been you should check it out.

there are twisty turny rebarb tunnels everywhere.
Mike's knees were very sore, it is definitely kids sized.

to the left is a huge granite block suspended above all the people on the first level.
Frightening!

Uncle Scott, Big Thanks to you!

This area is like a miniature skate park (no skateboards)
Carter took a little spill shortly after this shot.
She banged up her hip and her elbow and her knee! Ouch!

Mmmmmmmm! Candy!

Can you spot Mike and Mason. Mason is in the yellow shirt and Mike is crouched behind him.
The yellow shirt was not planned, but after trying to spot him all day I was very happy about the wardrobe choice. I think I will buy all neon clothes for that boy from now on, because he is hard to keep up with when he is on the move!

Somewhere over (in) the rainbow!

Shortly after this shot, Carter banged her head coming up out of a tunnel.
Ouch! Again!
I tell ya the place is crazy!

okay random, but have you ever seen a donut with m&m's?
We just had to buy it! Sadly, no one ever ate it. It was just too beautiful and wrong!
