Busy Weekend

We headed to Canton, OH this weekend for Ken and Elizabeth's Wedding Reception.

It was about a 10 hour drive with stops and the kids did really great. We have been

doing long road trips since Carter was 1 and so they are really conditioned, as are we.

We always have movies, iPods, snacks, game boys, you know the full arsenal!

We got in Friday night and checked out the Hotel, I will try to attach a video. It was

very nice, and the kids really liked it. Mason tried to make a bench into his bed(I don't know if any of you watch the office but it was just like the scene where Michael sleeps on the bench at the end of the bed, hilarious) There was a pool, we had to run to WalMart and try to find a swimsuit for Carter, with luck we found a clearance one that was too big but with a little tying and layering we were able to make a makeshift suit for her. The Reception was Saturday night and was very nice, we were able to see family that we have not seen for a couple of years.

Sunday we hit the road early and were back home in time for some homework and baths and a little relaxing before the going back to the grind. Hope you all had a nice weekend too!
